It was really good when I first got braces I didn’t know if they would look good but once I had them I was so happy the journey of having them was super fun and painless when they got off my teeth where super straight and everything that I wanted the staff always treated me with kindness and respect and helped me along with anything questions or problems I had with my braces and the before questions and after questions
Mike was amazing - I can’t give him enough stars, 5 is too little. He worked miracles with my teeth and smile and gave me so much confidence. Even when I moved cities and traveled back and forth for 2 years it was all worth it in the end. The whole team are so pleasant and I highly recommend them!

Great and very helpful orthodontists. My teeth were very hard to get back to position but they were very skilled and nice and after 2 years my teeth are in good position.I also love the place very relaxing and clean.
My son had a very good experience here with friendly staff and good treatment. Only issue is that it gets quite booked up so there is little flexibility about appointment times if you can’t make the original time.
My daughter has had a very good experience here. Mike is great and Annabel is absolutely amazing! She's so friendly and puts you at ease, explains everything and just makes you feel so welcome. My daughter has just had her braces off and the results are brilliant 🎉 She's not stopped smiling since! We're actually sad we won't be coming to see Annabel anymore 🤣

This is a busy city centre dental practice but they are always friendly, always professional and always seem to go the extra mile to help, even for NHS patients. My sons have both been referred here for orthodontic treatment and both times we have had very caring, kind dental technicians and orthodontists. Thank you for making us always feel welcome. Like all practices they sometimes are short staffed, it can be hard to get through on the phone but they are always respectful and explain the situation rather than just keeping you waiting in the dark, never sure if you are going to be seen soon.
Throughout the process of having my braces all of the staff have been amazing. They have all been very friendly and are always happy to answer my questions. I am so pleased with my results. Thank you!!
Annabelle and the team were fantastic.My 15 year old son had his braces taken off last week and we were delighted with the results and the service we were given throughout the 14 month process.

My daughter got her braces off today, just over a year after getting them fitted. Her teeth look amazing! The staff at Portman Smile have been great, really good at explaining what’s happening and what progress has been made, and very patient when she was making decisions on what colour of bands to go with! They’re very busy and hard to get through to on the phone so it’s best to avoid having to change appointments but when you’re there in person they couldn’t be more helpful.

Really great care and service. Alongside the teenage attitude my son suffers with social anxiety but Cara always dealt with him with kindness and patience. We are hugely appreciative of her compassionate approach, he even managed to smile at his last few appointments!

The treatment my daughter has received has been exceptional. Any questions we’ve had have been answered fully and she is over the moon with the results. She was very nervous at first but everyone we dealt with put her at ease, they were great.
